The EPOCH 650 combines a tunable square-wave pulser with a high-dynamic-range receiver and 30 digital filters to help optimise signal clarity. Standard DAC/TCG and DGS/AVG functions support indication evaluation, while automated calibration assists with instrument setup. A large, sunlight-readable VGA display provides clear A-scan viewing indoors and outdoors. Direct-access keys and straightforward menus make adjustments convenient, while its rugged design and rechargeable battery support field inspection work. Onboard data logging and reporting tools help technicians save inspection records and calibration settings. Additional functions, including the optional Corrosion Module with encoded B-scan, are available depending on the installed software.
